I am excited to share my annual Christmas newsletter with you, filled with holiday cheer and updates on my genealogy journey.

I hope that you have made time for your genealogy projects in 2024! Life gets in the way sometimes, I know.
As my family's ancestral guardian, I believe that it is my calling to preserve ancestral data and stories for the benefit of our descendants and family members still with us. My goal for 2025 is to continue sharing the stories of my ancestors and telling the tales of their lives, whether ordinary or extraordinary.
2024 has been an extraordinary year, especially in the field of AI for genealogy! I have been engaging with my squad of AI tools in ways I never thought possible. It has been quite a challenge to keep up with the changes, the updates, and the new functions and features in these tools, especially Chat GPT during December.

Connections 2025
I am speaking at this conference in March. My presentation, ‘Beyond the Pen: AI- Assisted Ancestral Storytelling’ is scheduled for noon on Saturday, 22 March, in the Central Room.
Synopsis: A step-by-step process for preparing your ancestral stories in collaboration with AI tools. An exploration of the tools for innovative sharing in your family history archive at We Are.xyz.
I am excited about the speaking opportunity and meeting up with genealogy friends from far and near. Learning further strategies from genealogy experts for my family history projects will be a bonus.
